Summarize and analyze key performance indicators regularly, and put forward and promote the implementation of relevant improvement suggestions.
Set and monitor business objectives related to sales satisfaction index values, and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitors' activities in local market (such as pricing and/or sales related processes) and propose corresponding improvement measures.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English, Spanish, Japanese, German and Russian.
At least 3 years experience in overseas sales.
Sales experience in Europe, America, South America and other enterprises is preferred, regardless of nationality.
Bachelor degree or above, bachelor degree in business or marketing is preferred.
Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills, and excellent management knowledge related to marketing, sales and technical support.
Have certain knowledge of financial management, and ensure that profit rate target, profit and expenditure are controlled within the planned level.
Complete knowledge of local market and competitors.
Have organizational leadership, be able to effectively manage the team and promote the personal development of members and the success of the whole team.
Familiar with all kinds of office software.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and management skills. Customer channel is preferred.
