A, job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall international business of the company, promote and expand foreign markets, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationship with customers;
2. Be responsible for researching, collecting and sorting out, including market information and customer information, regularly summarizing and analyzing key performance indicators, proposing and promoting the implementation of relevant improvement suggestions, and setting and monitoring business objectives involving sales satisfaction index values to enhance customer satisfaction;
3. Coordinate and formulate sales business development strategy and sales plan, optimize relevant processes, lead the team to formulate and break down sales targets, explore and follow up sales opportunities and clues, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators;
4. Be responsible for opening up the international market, knowing and searching the market information, and the situation of competitors in the same industry (such as pricing and/or sales-related processes) and proposing corresponding improvement measures;
5. Manage employee performance through goal setting and results, provide relevant training according to employee needs, guide sales innovation, and actively explore new customers with other departments;
6. Attend necessary or required training by manufacturers and companies;
7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety, quality management, environment and financial supervision;
8. Cooperate with manufacturers to support new initiatives and incentives;
9. Complete other routine work assigned by superiors, and handle major emergencies at the same time.
II. Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years' sales experience in automobile industry, electronics, home appliances, nuclear power and military shipbuilding industry, and must be familiar with the standards, markets and channels of metal materials;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred, with organizational leadership, able to effectively manage the team and promote the personal development of members and the success of the whole team;
More than 3.3 years business operation experience in international trade, more than 2 years management experience, platform operation experience is preferred; Market, channel is preferred; Familiar with international trade, fluent in at least one language (English, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese, etc.), and capable of writing foreign language materials, reports and business briefings independently; At least one of English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and German is very fluent, with no grammatical errors in spoken and written languages, and fluent dialogue;
4. Having the background of automobile, military industry, nuclear power, electric power, petroleum and medical treatment, being familiar with Japanese-funded and European-American-funded new energy manufacturers, and having in-depth industry technical sales background is preferred;
5. Familiar with global sources, made in China, google, foreign trade sales, network platform, B2B, facebook, Whatsapp and other network platforms and social software;
6. Have certain knowledge of financial management to ensure that the profit rate target, profit and expenditure are controlled within the planned level;
7. Japanese-funded, sales experience of European and American enterprises is preferred, and nationality is not limited.
