1) Be responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the company's quality management system, such as personnel assessment and deployment;
2) Organize and promote the implementation, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, including the planning, planning and organization related to the audit or certification of the second and third parties;
3) Be responsible for organizing the analysis and improvement activities of abnormal problems in product development and production;
4) Be responsible for the formulation, revision and regular review of inspection standards, and check the implementation status and effectiveness of standards;

eligibility
1) Bachelor degree or above in management, quality and other related industries; Good English; Japanese-funded, experience in European and American enterprises is preferred or working experience in European and American customers is preferred.
2) More than 3 years experience in quality management, quality control and laboratory work;
3) Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949 quality management systems; Understand the operation methods of ISO9000, ISO/TS16949/ISO13485 quality systems in enterprises; Understand the product process; Familiar with quality management tools and methods, such as 6sigma, etc. Familiar with national laws and regulations on product quality and environmental protection;
4) Serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous work, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
5) Experience in management representative, experience in automobile industry, familiarity with medical industry and metal materials is preferred.
